Event user administrator: May only edit participants

Q&A optimizations Voting of questions can now be deactivated by the moderator or speaker in the stage. In addition to the number of votes, questions can also be sorted by date. Depending on the sorting criteria, either the question with the most votes or the most recently asked question is at the top of the Q&A history. Questions can now also be pinned by the moderator. These questions are pinned at the top of the history regardless of the sorting criteria.
