What is a Smart Agenda?
With a Smart Agenda, you can create a clear agenda with content-only points or as breakout sessions for hybrid and online events. Simple, clear and right in your browser. Changes take effect immediately and without interruption, even while the event is running.

There are no limits to your agenda - create as many sessions as you like for your schedule. You can also run multiple sessions in parallel and give participants appropriate access.

Complete agenda with little effort
With just a few clicks you can fill your agenda with agenda items. To create an agenda item, just enter the start and end time and the title of the agenda item.

Session Poster
Instructors can display the respective sessions in three statuses - "Scheduled", "Open for instructors" and "Finished".

This allows participants to be guided through the individual agenda items.
Before and after the session, individually defined information can be displayed to the participants in the content area.

Session permissions
Decide individually for each session whether the participant list should be visible to the corresponding participants or whether they should remain anonymous. Also assign individual session and access permissions - all with just a few clicks.

Interaction tools
Use different interaction tools for each session, such as a chat, Q&A, session documents or polls.
